Time at Level

Time at Level

Description of the Evaluation Method

This one-parametric evaluation method gives the time that a signal is at a certain level. When the measuring signal passes through a certain class during measuring several times the time in this class is added up. The amplitude suppression makes no sense in this counting method and is therefore not available.

Typical Applications and Properties

General statistic applications to measure the time a signal has a certain value, e. g. statistics of the temperatures in a gear box, on r.p.m.'s, speeds, or speed of the wind on a building.
