 Recorder: MATCH-II
Evaluation Method: Rainflow (RF) & Transient Mode (TM) & Time at Level (TaL)
Channels: Four DMS, travelling speed and rotary speed
Duration: 6 months
Object: Whole body
Purpose: Determination of different user profiles
Special Feature: Retrieval of collected data via Remote Link; online evaluation of selected gears
A
manufacturer of motorcycles determined the operational stress at
motorcycles of selected clients under real conditions. The speed and
the velocity were determined by a MAS MATCH-II-4 box. A virtual channel
calculated the actual gear from these two values. The bending moments
were determined at four representative spots of the structure. All
signals were classified according to the methods Rainflow or Time at
Level. Additionally, time histories of selected signals with especially
high load peaks were recorded. The data were read out on an monthly
basis using Remote Link.
